Water's 4th Phase with Gerald Pollack

It is coming together. Much of the LifeWave technology is based on the research Gerald Pollack and his discovery of a 4th phase of water. It may very well turn out that living cells can't live without "structured" water, that energy in the cell doesn't come from ATP, and that the charge inside a cell has nothing to do with the cellular membrane, as is now taught.. EZ water, unlike ordinary water, is charged and acts like a battery.
A student of Pollack's accidentally found that the EZ water battery is recharged by infrared light (e.g. body heat).

Pollack explains that living cells are likely made up mostly of the gel-like EZ (or 4th phase or structured H3O3) water, and importantly, that a living cell cannot exist with out "structured" (H3O2) water.
H3O2 has a memory. (Pollack places the memory states (analogous to binary zeros and ones) in the charge of the Oxygen atom (from -2 to +2).

There are controversial experiments showing that this "Ez water memory" can be affected by human intention. But I digress.
This requirement that living cell water is H3O2, is a reason Pollack gives for why drinking "structured" water may keep you healthier, and Pollack even believes drinking Ez water may promote overall healing.

Pollack points out that "juicing" is a simple way to obtain already-structured water from plants (Matching Medical Medium recommendations. MM suggests adding squeezed lemon to the morning water. Fresh celery juice would also contained EZ water.)
Or cell "batteries"are recharged from ambient heat (infrared) and this may also explain the health benefits and popularity of Far-infrared saunas.
