 livon age-blocker is this delivery system really needed for what appears to be a b complex with a few other additives?

I know it works very well. People who take it usually notice a significant boost in energy w/in an hour.
It's like 5 hour energy w/o all the caffeine.
I also know that many people with blood sugar problems notice that if they take it before they eat, they're blood sugar levels don't spike.
