Cathcart teaches that "bowel tolerance" is "roughly related to severity of disease." Fonorow apparently teaches that larger "bowel tolerance" is desirable. I remain confused as to how Fonorow's teachings are consistent with Cathcart's teachings. Particularly with Fonorow's "standards."
